The Eiffel Tower, the Seine, Eglise du Dome (Napoleon's Tomb), the Rodin Museum and the Hotel des Invalides are a leisurely 10 minute walk from the front door.

The building was constructed prior to 1900 and has an authentic and a nicely kept entrance and courtyard. The apartment occupies 85 square meters, the entire second floor (accessed by two flights of stairs), and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room and American kitchen.

It is tastefully furnished for comfort and style, and has beautiful views from each room.  Amenities include wireless internet service, local and long distance telephone, flat-screen TV, DVD Player, CD stereo with i-pod/mp3 docking station, many books, CD’s and French/American films on DVD. The Kitchen contains all modern appliances and gourmet all clad cookware. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020.
